This villa was built in 2016, the work was completed at the beginning of June.

BEDROOM 2: This second bedroom measures 10.97 m2 , you will find a large 160 cm bed, bedside tables and lamps, a large wardrobe, a chair and paintings. This room has direct access to the patio.

BEDROOM 3: (11.03 m2) This room is made up of 2 80 cm beds that can be pushed together to form a 160 cm bed, bedside tables and lamps, a wall cupboard, paintings and storage.

BEDROOM 4: (12.97 m2) This bedroom is the largest and has disabled access. It is equipped with a 160 cm bed, bedside tables and lamps, a small desk with a chair, a wall cabinet and decorative paintings.

BATHROOM: This bathroom measures 4.85 m2 and consists of a bathtub with basin, storage space and a small trash can.

WASHROOM: (6.06 m2) This bathroom is larger and has disabled access. There you will find a shower with sinks, WC, furniture for storing your belongings, as well as paintings.
