- garage and workshop to store bicycles or other;

You rdon't need your car because everything is accessible by feet or by bike from the house. North beach or south beach at 800m (with sailing club). Village center and shops at 800m. The bike paths to reach the neighboring villages are accessible from the paths just behind the house.
