. One to two weeks (1 week - 2400 euros per week from November to March / 1 week - 3500 euros from April to June / 1 week - 5100 euros/week high season):
- During the month of August, for summer holidays with family and/or friends
- During other school holidays, whatever the season

. End of year holidays (3500 euros per week for Christmas / New Year)

The house is located on the Ile de Re in the village of La Flotte, not far from the centers of life. It is close to the church, shops, market and port of La Flotte.
It is located in a very quiet location, without noise pollution, close to everything that makes the village of La Flotte so charming, the promenade along the sea, the port and the old market (bakery, fishmonger, cheesemonger, newsagent, restaurants, bike rental, etc.).
It is ideally placed to reach Saint Martin de Re.
The surrounding beaches and villages (Sainte Marie, La Noue, le Bois-Plage, Saint Martin) are accessible by bike in less than 20 minutes.
