Payment terms 30% for the reservation balance to be paid 1 week before arrival by bank transfer preferably. The tourist tax will have to be paid in addition, on your arrival.
End of stay cleaning, obligatory 120Euros (to be paid on your arrival). It is provided by professionals.

The house is located in La Noue, in a pretty quiet street, halfway to the Place des Tilleuls and the beach .
On the Place des Tilleuls you will find the market every morning in season (local products) and small shops close by, bakery, delicatessen, newsagent, fishmonger, bike rental, restaurants, children's games, animations, exhibitions ...
The Montamer beach is supervised in July and August. It is practicable for swimming at high tide and fishing on foot at low tide. At the back of this beach, you will find a picnic area and children's games as well as "Anchor Maritaise" which offers exhibitions and different outings and discoveries.
