THE RENTAL SCHEDULE DOES NOT OPEN BEFORE THE END OF JANUARY.
The house is rented from Easter to mid-September, only for periods not used by the owners.
rental rates for 1 week vary from 600 Euros to 1070 Euros

Easter holidays (08 April to 05 May 2023): 700 Euros
mid season (3 June to 07 July and 02 September to 15 September): 860 Euros (1600 Euros for 2 weeks)
high season (08 July to 01 September): 1070 Euros for 1 week (priority for fortnightly rentals)
other periods: 600 Euros

These prices include current charges: water, electricity, tourist tax.
Beyond a flat rate of 80 kw/h / week, the kw/h consumed may be invoiced (0.25 Euros)
Household linen (sheets, bath towels, tea towels) can be rented in addition.
Clean dogs and calm are allowed after agreement.

Rental from SATURDAY 4 PM TO SATURDAY 10 AM.
Final cleaning package at end of stay: 80 Euros (optional)
