Unique 3 star apartment (N 2016) on the ground floor of 45 m2 for 4 people with private courtyard, south facing wooden terrace of 30m2 and garage. The accommodation has 2 bedrooms facing south with double bed 160cm and television, 1 living room with kitchen fully equipped, 1 bathroom with shower balneo, 1 separate toilet.
In common with the owners a heated and covered pool equipped with a waterbyke and the garage .
