Our 10m2 villa has 4 bedrooms with can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.

The magnificent Rivedoux-Plage market is a few minutes by bike or on foot and has one of the most popular bakeries on the Ile de Re as well as a butcher and a fishmonger. Under the market, the stalls of the cheese maker, the greengrocer, etc., delight holidaymakers.

The villa has private and secure parking spaces for your bicycles. The cycle paths are accessible a few dozen meters from the house and take you directly to the beaches of Rivedoux-Plage. The slopes easily connect you to the villages of La Flotte and Saint-Martin-de-Re, as well as Sainte-Marie and Bois-Plage-en-Re.

The awning at the edge of the swimming pool is a real asset in case rain or strong heat.

The house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
