In the heart of the building, a comfortable living room of more than 100 m2 with open-plan spaces has an equipped kitchen, organized around a convivial island. In its extension, the living room easily accommodates six guests for moments of sharing with friends or family, while the large living room benefits from a wood stove, pleasant in mid-season.

A tele-office space separated by a glass roof will allow for guests to isolate themselves if necessary, and distributes a first bedroom with access to the garden and a large bathroom, as well as a separate toilet.
Opposite the living room, a second suite has a bathroom, a dressing room, a separate toilet, as well as direct access to the outside.

More independent, the third sleeping area is accessible from the garden and also accommodates a bedroom with bathroom water and a toilet.

A garden not overlooked benefits from deckchairs which invite you to relax, as well as a table for outdoor meals around the barbecue. This place is completed by a patio sheltered from view.

Note the presence of a closed garage at the entrance, allowing the parking of a car and the storage of bicycles or nautical equipment.
