Description

House on one level, warm and bright in a wooded setting located 600 meters from the beaches: large rush and no oxen (surfing spot, kite and sailing)

This serves:
-a spacious living room, air-conditioned, with integrated kitchen , fully equipped opening onto 2 wooden and flowered terraces.

Ground floor:
-1 bedroom opening onto a terrace on the south side
-A bathroom with walk-in shower, bath and for greater comfort, a double sink.
-1 independent toilet.

Upstairs:
- a staircase leading to 1 pretty, very bright bedroom

For your well-being, household linen is available
(bathrobes, shower sheets, bath mats)
Quality bedding, beds made for your arrival (linen sheets)

Outside:
-Hydro massage jacuzzi that can accommodate 4 seats,
1 lying place with outdoor solar rinsing shower.
Outside Not overlooked and fenced if you have an animal

Access to beaches:
Gate on Opening directly onto the beach paths and the various shops (markets - restaurants)

- a covered outdoor bar with various games;
shuffleboard, bowls..
