Ideally located in the heart of the village of La Couarde, with direct access to cycle paths, La Virginie, a large family house typically from the Rhet region, offers you the Ile'O Suite, a very beautiful, completely renovated and independent apartment located on the 1st floor.

The accommodation

The rental is a sweet mix of authenticity, comfort and well-being.

The bright living room has a TV corner (satellite), a kitchen open to the dining room and has direct access to the large private terrace.

The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare sandwiches for your pick nick at the beach, as well as your seafood platters at home (the oyster knife is even provided!).

Night side, bedding is comfortable, beds will be made upon your arrival and towels are also provided.

The bathroom has a large walk-in shower.

Separate toilets.

The well-exposed outdoor terrace has a dining table for your meals outside, and a summer lounge for aperitifs and relaxation.

A laundry room completes the set with a washing machine, ironing board and iron.

Pets accepted with written agreement from the owner. Provide an additional 50 Euros for the whole stay.

The Ile'O apartment is very appreciated for its comfort (bedding in particular), its calm and for its beautiful private terrace.

Its geographical location, in the center of the Ile de Re, allows young and old to fully enjoy the island by bike.

Bike rental: For more comfort, you can rent bikes directly on site! (subject to availability at the lessor).

Passenger access

Access to the apartment is via an outside staircase located in a private courtyard secured by digital code. Your bikes can be parked there in complete safety.

You can rent bikes directly on site! The bikes will be reserved and available on your arrival for rental. If you are interested, let me know and I will send you the rental rates.

If you come with your bikes, you can park them safely in the courtyard at the entrance.

This rental has stairs, and is not suitable therefore not for people with reduced mobility.
